While Steve is passionate about his career, his greatest accomplishment has always been his family. Married to his high school sweetheart, he considers her unwavering love and support to be one of life’s greatest blessings. Together, they have raised four children, encouraging each of them to pursue their God-given passions while growing in their faith. Coaching his children’s sports teams over the years has provided some of his most meaningful memories and reinforced the values of teamwork, perseverance, discipline, and character.
Beyond his professional life, Steve enjoys hunting, fishing, staying active through exercise, and just about anything involving sports. He is also committed to mentoring other young professionals. Whether he is spending time outdoors, cheering on his children’s teams, or investing in the lives of others, he approaches life with energy, gratitude, and a servant’s heart.
