Keller Warehousing & Distribution facilities offer over 3.5 million square feet of dry warehouse space, in a safe, clean and secure environment with exceptional customer service. Our warehouse locations are equipped to manage complex storage and distribution requirements across a wide range of industries, and many of our facilities are food-grade to meet the growing demands of our food and beverage customers.

Defiance, Ohio (HQ)

Our warehousing journey began here in 1998—with the construction of a single building totaling 90,000 square feet next door to our trucking operations center. Today, Keller operates 6 facilities in Defiance totaling nearly 600,000 square feet. Strategically located to reach 38% of the US population in a day’s worth of legal truck driving, Keller’s Defiance, OH warehouse facilities play a crucial role in satisfying the logistics needs of our customers. As is the case with all Keller facilities, our Defiance warehouses are fully equipped with state-of-the-art warehouse management system (WMS) technology to ensure accurate tracking of customer inventory.

Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Keller Warehousing & Distribution has been operating in the Dallas—Fort Worth Metroplex since 2007. In this time, Keller has strategically expanded its footprint fourteen-fold: from one facility measuring 90,000 square feet to 5 facilities totaling 1.25 million square feet. Our warehouse facilities in Grand Prairie represent our northernmost forays into the Dallas—Fort Worth Metroplex. Just 15 miles northeast of Keller Logistics Group’s Defiance headquarters, Keller Warehousing & Distribution owns and operates over 600,000 square feet of food grade warehouse space in Napoleon, OH. This space is split between 2 facilities, with a brand new facility having completed construction in June of 2014. Keller’s Napoleon facilities are 100% secure (with 24/7 camera surveillance), 100% food grade (being federally inspected by the USDA), and they offer pallet racking capabilities.
