“I started with Keller fresh out of college about 7 years ago, and I was immediately placed into the Logistics Development Program. Keller gave me the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business—from doing cycle counts in the warehouse to riding along with a truck driver, to calling carriers to cover specialty freight in brokerage. The knowledge gained in my experience with the Logistics Development Program was invaluable, as it has helped me every step of the way throughout my journey at Keller. More important than the vast amount of knowledge the program afforded me, however, is the fact that it provided an incredible opportunity to foster relationships with people across the entire organization. These relationships are irreplaceable, and they would not exist if it weren’t for the Logistics Development Program.”
