“We just shipped 2,500 pallets to Wal-Mart and from what we can see, we delivered 99.5% on-time!   This is an absolutely incredible performance and we couldn’t have done it without Keller Warehousing & Co-Packing employees making the trees first, and then of course working through all of the trucks last week.   It’s always a pleasure to work with all of you and it’s no accident that good people create success like this.”

Full Time Staff

Keep your operations efficient, but scalable, by working with our co-packing experts for all your contract packaging services. Unlike other companies that ship products from the warehouse, to an outsourced packaging provider, and back to the same warehouse again, you can have all your staging, packaging and repackaging done in the same facility by the same provider. This reduces costs, saves you the hassle, and expedites shipping considerably.

Our pros can help with:

  • Shrink wraps
  • Price labeling
  • Multi-packs
  • Variety packs
  • Displays

We can tailor a customized, resourceful solution that meets all FDA, USDA and SQF requirements, if necessary. Aligning with the right contract packaging company forms a central partnership that gets your products to market with speed, professionalism, and efficiency.

Our secure packaging facility sets aside designated areas for warehousing, conversion, and distribution, with inventory tracking along the way.

Our co-packing capabilities include oversight from over 70 full-time staff and hand labor for:

  • Sorting
  • Product and Kit Assembly
  • Reworking
  • Display Building

Our contract packaging solutions can be as simple as replacing an incorrect or outdated label, or as complex as repackaging to meet the requirements of big-box retailers. We are prepared to handle quick turn-around repackaging jobs at any time. We preserve primary packaging, adapting secondary packaging to repack one case count to another and bundle items into two, four, six or twelve packs, etc. We can add new SKUs and adapt materials from boxes to bags as necessary.

Why Use A Co-Packer?

There are many processes or operations that are better outsourced. Often those related to contract packaging are among them due to the documented cost savings. However, not all co-packers are equally qualified. Location, service levels, and experience matter.

As a long-standing professional and active member of the Contract Packaging Association (CPA), we’re assured of ongoing support and resources that not only benefit us but you as well. As we attend annual conferences and take advantage of their continuing education, we are always at the forefront of the latest best practices and technology the industry has to offer and extend that knowledge to our customers and within our organization.

Customer Testimonials

When we need orders moved up for production, they continue to come through.

When Keller contacted us regarding co-packing, we had just started to look for a partner. They have an outstanding facility in Napoleon, OH and met our initial needs and continue to meet our needs on a regular basis.

We look forward to continuing to work and grow with Keller packaging.

Partnership at its’ Best!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your partnership and congratulate you on a business well-run. For ten plus years, Keller Logistics has worked with Silgan providing warehousing, short and long term storage solutions, as well as seasonal over-flow and product inspections and rework. You have quite often been Silgan, Napoleon’s last set of eyes before shipping our customer loads.

You have been an innovative and responsive partner. Your expertise increased our warehouse space utilization from what we had observed from a prior vendor, and you continue to meet our transportation “special needs.” Your operational and industrial engineering expertise has allowed you to drive out costs, which has certainly been a “win-win” for our organizations.

We've brought together the top questions we receive through our "Contact Us" page and our sales & customer services teams. If you have other questions, click the link below to be directed to several ways you can get in touch with us.

Do you provide the packaging materials?

Not generally as our customers use custom printed and fitted materials. The materials are shipped to us from their supplier and we stock the materials needed as during production runs.

What kinds of products do you repack?

As a repacker, we receive products from our customers that are in their primary packaging (the packaging that touches the product) and they need us to repack these products into different configurations. So, we can essentially work with any product that is in its primary packaging.

Do you perform repacking services at all your facilities?

Currently, our facilities in Napoleon, Ohio, and Covington, Kentucky accommodates the majority of our repack business. However, if presented with the right opportunity, we wouldn't hesitate to add repacking services at any of our facilities.

Do you provide packaging design services?

We do not provide this service. However, we do work very closely with our customers' packaging engineers or outsourced design service so that we can optimize the functionality and efficiencies of the equipment the product will run through.

What services to you offer?
