“We’re really focused on giving back. We support the causes our employees are passionate about, in the communities they live in. We’re winning awards for our growth from Inc. 5000, our commitment to safety, and for being a great place to work. That’s why we’re one of the world’s greatest.” – Bryan Keller. CEO of Keller Logistics Group
Keller Trucking has collaborated with many organizations in a wide variety of industries in our 20-year history. In this customer spotlight, you’ll get a firsthand perspective from Jerry Heard, who is the Business Development Director for DEUFOL. For him, a strong business relationship was more important than the transportation services he was looking for, and Keller delivered.
“I can get trucking anywhere. I’m looking for relationships, and that’s the piece that I’m really interested in. [Keller] came to me wanting to learn more about my business, and from there we talked more about how we can work together. That’s what started this relationship, and it’s been great.”
Our 300 tractors and 1000 trailers are 30 months old on average, consisting of the newest and most reliable trucking equipment available. We currently use the Freightliner Cascadia, renowned for its cleaner emissions and greater fuel economy. Our fleet also contains the latest safety technology, including two-way cameras and ELDs from Samsara, collision mitigation on tractors, and disc brakes on tractors and trailers.
Our safety motto here at Keller Trucking is “TIME MAY BE MONEY, BUT LIFE IS PRICELESS” so you can count on Keller Trucking for industry-highest Compliance, Safety, and Accountability scores. Our commercial trucking services comply with all CSA, FMCSA, and DOT rules, regulations, and requirements for trucking companies. Additionally, we hold PIP, C-TPAT, FAST, and CSA certifications.
Not only we understand OTIF requirements, we make them a priority and hold our operations to high standards. At Keller Trucking, we fully understand OTIF requirements and know that it takes a team effort – our fleet managers, planning team, drivers and maintenance team do everything possible to avoid late arrival fines by proactively communicating and tracking deliveries.
We strive to have the right systems, processes and people in place to ensure deliveries are made On Time In Full. Internally, we follow up with weekly OTIF percentage reporting to see where we can find areas for improvement.
We are drop-trailer approved at numerous Walmart locations across the United States, allowing more flex time for OTIF due to having a full day to drop without rescheduling loads:
It is important that you chose to do business with a logistics provider that offers freight transportation, freight brokerage, warehousing and co-packing services that are OTIF compliant, but also offers the best quality of service and delivers on their promises.
We are responsive, resourceful and reliable people in logistics. It’s not just a tagline, we promise to do what it takes. We stand by that promise by offering a customizable guarantee to help you meet the business goal most important to you.
Safety has always been a priority within Keller Logistics Group and affiliates. Years ago, one of our drivers summed up our safety culture best when he said, “Time is money, but life is priceless.” That has been our safety mindset from the start.
Illustrating our safety-first culture, CEO Bryan Keller has often been quoted as saying to employees, “It’s your job to get home to your family.”
Our safety team takes their jobs very seriously and go well above and beyond expectations for trucking companies.
Safety is our top priority at Keller Trucking – and our advanced trucking technology proves it. The Transportation Management System we use has directly led to a 40% driver turnover reduction and an 8% reduction in empty miles. Our fleet is equipped with the latest in safety technology including two-way cameras and ELDs from Samsara, collision mitigation on tractors, and disc brakes on tractors and trailers. SquareRigger Fleet Management Software provides a preventative maintenance schedule keeping our well-maintained fleet running smoothly.
